World Bee Day Celebration in Düzce

The award ceremony for the 5th Traditional World Bee Day painting competition, organized specifically for kindergartens with international participation by the Düzce University Beekeeping Research Development and Application Center (DAGEM), was held. In the opening speech of the program, which took place at the 15 July Democracy Square, DAGEM Director Prof. Dr. Meral Kekeçoğlu emphasized that bees are not only producers of honey but also the cornerstones of sustainable agriculture with their unseen aspects. Kekeçoğlu stated that bees are among the most important living beings for the ecosystem and thanked all stakeholders who contributed to the realization of the event.
