World Bee Day Event in Düzce

Düzce University organized an event highlighting the importance of bees on World Bee Day. The Düzce University (DU) Beekeeping Research Development and Application Center (DAGEM) held an awareness event as part of "May 20 World Bee Day." At the event in the 15 July Democracy Square of the DU Konuralp Central Campus, preschool and kindergarten students studying in the city wore bee costumes and played various games accompanied by banners reading "Let flowers not wilt, let bees not die" and "If there are no bees, there are no people." Students and citizens visiting the stands in the area received information about bees and bee products from DAGEM academics.
