Thousands of Bees Swarm Wagga Wagga CBD

A swarm of bees has appeared without warning in Wagga Wagga's CBD. Amateur beekeeper Ross de Clifford says the colony has probably outgrown its home. The expert notes that most migrating colonies are docile and will move on within a day. Chelsea Meryl Salmon, a local tattoo artist, was taken aback when she saw thousands of bees swarming outside her window on Gurwood Street. The bees were mostly resting on a footpath advertising sign while some flew onto the busy street.
