Sunay Tokuş, who practices beekeeping in Bitlis, increased her number of hives from 30 to 300 and achieved a honey production of 4 tons. Eight years ago, she started beekeeping by applying to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's Young Farmer Project and acquiring 30 hives. Throughout this process, Tokuş developed her skills, raising her hive count to 300 and her honey production to 4 tons. Producing approximately 4 tons of honey annually in high-altitude pastures at 2,500 meters, Tokuş began sending products to many provinces upon request. Her goal is to increase her hive count to 500 and produce 7 tons of honey per year.
