One kilo a year: the missionary who bets on a particular stingless bee that produces exquisite honey with special properties

Roni Rosa is the son of settlers, born and raised on the farm he inhabits 15 kilometers from El Soberbio, Misiones. A park ranger for 26 years, he found in beekeeping and meliponiculture a way to generate income while protecting the natural environment in which he grew up.
