In collaboration with the Mardin Governorship and the Agricultural Services Department of the Mardin Metropolitan Municipality, the "Traditional Beehive Production Project" has been launched in the Temelli neighborhood of the Dargeçit district. Aiming to develop and promote beekeeping in the region and provide additional income to citizens, the project also revives traditional production methods that are on the verge of disappearing. It was noted that initially, 5 people have been employed at the traditional beehive facility established as part of the project. With the project reaching full capacity, this number is expected to increase to 15 people.
