Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) has carried out the first phase of distributing 5,000 bee hives in Çubuk to support beekeeping in rural areas. The support will continue in 16 rural neighborhoods as part of a program worth 21 million TL.
ANKARA – Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its agricultural support projects aimed at increasing sustainable agricultural production in rural areas, preserving ecosystem balance, and contributing to the budgets of local producers without slowing down. The administration aims to promote beekeeping activities, which are critically important for the continuity of biodiversity, throughout the capital and has launched a comprehensive grant package for producers.
