8th EDITION of the French Honey Competition
Organized by UNAF (National Union of French Beekeeping) and CNTESA (National Technical, Economic and Scientific Commission for Beekeeping), the 8th edition of the French honey competition held on February 4 at the Iéna Palace (CESE) rewarded the best of French beekeeping expertise.
Presided over by Olivier Roellinger, a multi-starred chef, this new edition brought together no less than 393 honeys, nougats, meads, and gingerbreads. Competing in different categories based on their floral origins, the honeys reflect the richness of our terroirs and the 2024 beekeeping season.
