UNAF: National Union of French Beekeeping

The National Union of French Beekeeping is a representative beekeeping union that brings together more than 100 departmental unions and organizations. Established in 1945, UNAF today represents thousands of beekeepers, both small producers and professionals, through a network of unions and associations spread across the entire metropolitan and overseas territory. Its role: to defend the interests of the French beekeeping sector, protect bees, support sustainable beekeeping practices, and promote the production of quality honey and hive products. UNAF works with institutions, participates in major agricultural and environmental policies, and voices the concerns of beekeepers in public debate.
