The Court has indeed annulled the marketing authorizations (MA) of two pesticides from the multinational Corteva Agrisciences, notably citing the illegality of the toxicity assessment method that ANSES tolerates from producers in violation of European regulatory requirements.

The ruling of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Marseille states that "ANSES evaluated the products without taking into account the overall formulation of the plant protection products" and that "The methodology for evaluating the products does not comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of October 21, 2009".
