After a half-hour hike through beautiful flower meadows, the participants arrived at Bezzola Beekeeping. Clà Bezzola, along with his son, demonstrated how he manages his bee colonies at an altitude of around 1500 meters.
Following lunch, the group visited the Engadin power plants, one of Switzerland's top ten electricity producers. At the Pradella power station in Scuol, the guides explained how electricity is generated from hydropower. The impressive turbine house showcased the complexity and technology involved in producing electricity, giving visitors a clearer understanding of the process. The return trip over the Flüela Pass, under perfect weather, concluded the day filled with remarkable experiences in the Engadin.
