DAGEM, in collaboration with Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality's Bee Academy, provided extensive training for women and young participants on queen bee breeding, royal jelly production, and bee health. The program included topics such as bee anatomy and physiology, diseases and control methods, as well as bee products and processing technologies.

The training was conducted by DAGEM Director Prof. Dr. Meral Kekeçoğlu, Deputy Director Münir Uçak, and faculty members from Düzce Vocational School's Beekeeping Program, including Dr. Tuğçe Çaprazlı Akça, Songül Bir, and Merve Kambur Acar. The curriculum linked academic knowledge with practical applications, introducing participants to modern production techniques.
