Massive honeybee swarm invades Texas community following accident

In Orange County, Texas, millions of honeybees escaped on Sunday morning after an 18-wheeler carrying hundreds of beehives overturned. Emergency Services advised residents to remain indoors due to the significant number of bees in the vicinity. By the afternoon, crews were still engaged in transferring the hives to transport trucks for relocation to a nearby honey farm. Local beekeepers and volunteers joined the effort to recover the bees.
