Eighth grader rescues bee colony by moving hive from school grounds.

Mangaluru: A colony of bees was discovered on the wall of Indraprastha Vidyalaya in Uppinangady, prompting plans for removal. However, eighth grader Gavin Reshime saw this as a chance to apply his beekeeping skills. Instead of allowing the hive's destruction, he volunteered to relocate it to his home, where he later harvested nearly a liter of honey.
