The ApiTURroute team, led by Hacettepe University Professor Dr. Aslı Özkırım, visited the Beekeeping Research and Development Application Center at Bingöl University. During the visit, they discussed ongoing projects in beekeeping and apitourism, as well as potential collaborations.

As part of the visit, the team examined the center's apiary, honey packaging facility, and wax pressing and comb production units. Center Director Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Geçer provided insights into the research, production, and application activities being conducted. They also reviewed recent developments in beekeeping and the increasingly significant field of apitourism, exploring opportunities for joint projects and collaborations.
