Rabia Yıldırım, a mother of three from Şarkışla, Sivas, has made significant strides in beekeeping, starting with 20 hives and expanding to 60 in a short time, greatly benefiting her family's economy. The vocational training initiatives in Şarkışla continue to support local economic growth and women's employment.

At 49, Yıldırım enrolled in a beekeeping course offered by the Şarkışla Public Education Center in 2025, driven by her interest in the field. With the guidance of Mustafa Hatipoğlu, the center's director, and Serkan Aksu, her beekeeping instructor, she successfully completed both theoretical and practical training. Shortly after receiving her certificate, she began her venture with 20 hives.
