Indigenous women create new income opportunities through hive box production.

Fifty women from indigenous communities in Kerala and Tamil Nadu have been trained in beekeeping, offering them a sustainable alternative to traditional wild honey gathering. Participants report that this initiative enhances their financial independence and strengthens community resilience.
