To promote awareness of beekeeping and the vital role of bees in ecosystems, the Agricultural Sciences Institute (ICAp) at the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (UAEH) will host the Fourth Beekeeping Awareness and Dissemination Day on August 19. This event will involve the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER) and the National Institute of Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Research (INIFAP), focusing on knowledge exchange among experts, producers, students, and interested citizens. A forum will address topics such as bee conservation, responsible hive management, and the importance of maintaining genetic quality in these essential pollinators for biodiversity and food production.
