In Eskişehir, agricultural technician Muzaffer Söğütkıran has been providing free beekeeping training to thousands for nearly 50 years. He volunteers as an instructor in the Odunpazarı Municipality's exemplary Arıköy Project, expressing his desire to ensure that his knowledge does not vanish with him.

Having been involved in beekeeping since 1976, Söğütkıran continues to share his expertise without expecting anything in return, even after retiring from the Agricultural Directorate. He previously managed a beekeeping operation with up to 1,000 hives but chose to focus on education rather than commercial pursuits after retirement.
