Hobby Honey Farm sees increased bee activity this season.

At Hobby Honey Farm in Gresham, Wisconsin, John and Lorraine Ballbach are actively engaged in beekeeping, using a mobile observation hive to educate the public about bees. Their farm not only produces raw honey but also offers a range of beeswax products, including tea lights, votive cups, and bars that serve various practical purposes, such as lubricating and sealing. Lorraine notes that customers have found numerous innovative uses for beeswax bars, from seasoning cast iron pans to lubricating guitar strings.
