Following abundant rainfall, the first harvest of the world-renowned honey from Eğriçayır Plateau in Mersin has commenced with great success. Beekeepers are pleased with the high yield from the honeycombs, crafted entirely through natural methods, which bodes well for future seasons.

After a rainy winter and spring, beekeepers have moved their hives to the colorful flowering areas of the Taurus Mountains at an altitude of 2,000 meters. The initial honey extraction has begun at Eğriçayır Plateau, where the hives were relocated about a month ago, bringing optimism for the upcoming years.
