In Afyonkarahisar, efforts are underway to identify and update beehives as part of a support program aimed at registering beekeeping activities and maintaining the Beekeeping Registration System (AKS). Coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, technical teams from provincial and district offices are conducting on-site inspections of beekeeping operations. During these inspections, beehives are individually identified, hive counts and business information are verified, records in the Beekeeping Registration System are updated, and the compliance of documents related to hive support is assessed.
