In Hatay, the rainy season has enhanced plant diversity, prompting beekeepers to begin honey extraction with high yield expectations. Following last year's drought, the abundant rainfall this year has enriched the local flora, positively impacting honey production. Beekeeper İsmail Akyüz, who manages around 400 hives in the Defne district, noted the increased nectar availability and has commenced the first honey harvest.
