New Research Plan Aims to Support Honey Bees and Pollination

AgriFutures Australia has unveiled a new five-year research, development, and extension (RD&E) Plan aimed at enhancing the honey bee and pollination industry. This Plan focuses on practical solutions to improve bee health, productivity, resilience, and sustainability, shaped by input from over 2,000 industry members through extensive consultations. The AgriFutures Honey Bee & Pollination Program RD&E Plan 2026-31 outlines a strategic roadmap for investment, addressing the key challenges and opportunities within Australia's honey bee sector.
