Producers in various rural areas are starting to collect the season's first honey, benefiting from favorable climate conditions and rich vegetation that enhance quality production this year. Cevat Yıldız, a beekeeper operating near the Diyarbakır Organized Industrial Zone, noted that they began honey extraction in 2026. Alongside agricultural production, Yıldız has been involved in beekeeping for many years and reported a productive season.
