Nature in Malatya's Darende district showcases a self-sustaining production system. An apricot tree in a garden has become one of the region's most fascinating natural hives due to the bees' selection.

In the Günerli neighborhood, at the 30 August hamlet, Cuma Özdemir's apricot orchard is experiencing unusual activity. A deep hollow in one of the trees has been chosen by thousands of honeybees as their new home. The bees quickly filled the interior with honeycombs, establishing a natural hive system.
