Beekeepers showcase candle-making and honey displays at Farm and Horse Show

The Sussex County Beekeepers Association showcased candle-making, honey exhibits, and educational programs at the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show. Visitors engaged in hands-on activities, including rolling red, white, and blue beeswax candles to take home. Daily honey shows, beekeeping demonstrations, and cooking sessions featuring honey were also part of the event.

Children’s Day activities and educational programs took place under a shared tent, sponsored by Frankford Township Clean Communities. Organizers aimed to inform attendees about bees, honey production, and the vital role of pollinators in the ecosystem.
