On August 12, 2026, a thorough search operation by the Chaco Police successfully located a missing beekeeper in the El Centinela area. The man had been unaccounted for since the previous afternoon after entering the forest with two colleagues for beekeeping tasks. Around 6 PM, his companions noticed he had wandered into dense vegetation and, unable to find him, alerted the property owner.

Following the report, the local prosecutor's office activated an urgent search protocol. Officers from the Ciervo Petiso Police Station, along with support from Laguna Limpia and Colonias Unidas, as well as personnel from the Complex Investigations Division and the Mounted Group of the General San Martín Rural Security Department, participated in the search.
