In Afyonkarahisar, efforts have been made to identify beehives as part of a project by the Provincial and District Agricultural Directorates aimed at recording beekeeping activities and updating production data. The identification work in the İscehisar district has now been completed.

To ensure accurate planning and management of the beekeeping sector, field studies are continuously conducted by the Provincial and District Directorates. In İscehisar, technical staff from the District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate carried out assessments of the beehives, meticulously evaluating the existing hive population for accurate recording and identification.
