Kocasinan Municipality has conducted its first harvest of buckwheat planted experimentally in Obruk Mahallesi, aiming to strengthen beekeeping and provide gluten-free products to Kayseri. The harvest event was attended by Kocasinan Mayor Ahmet Çolakbayrakdar, Kayseri Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Bülent Saklav, Kocasinan Agricultural Chamber President Abdulkadir Güneş, local officials, and farmers.
