In Çanakkale, 2,000 bee hives have been distributed to 39 beekeepers affected by the 2025 forest fires, as part of a project with a budget of 7 million TL. The initiative, funded 75% by the government, aims to help producers return to beekeeping.

The distribution of the hives has been completed under the "Beehive Provision Project for Beekeepers Affected by the 2025 Forest Fires in Çanakkale," supported by the Çanakkale Governorship and implemented by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, with financing from the Çanakkale Special Administration. A total of 2,000 hives were delivered to the affected beekeepers.
