The honey harvesting season has commenced in Erzincan, with beekeepers anticipating a yield of 1,500 tons this year. Provincial Director Alper Koçaker extended his wishes for a profitable season to the producers. Following months of hard work, local beekeepers are now focused on delivering their honey to consumers.

Director Koçaker participated in the harvest alongside Rahmi Özendi, President of the Erzincan Beekeepers Association, visiting beekeeper Mehmet Akgül and his son Selçuk in Kabataş village, Kemaliye district. Beekeepers expressed their expectations for a harvest of approximately 1,500 tons of honey this year.
