With the end of the courses, beekeeping classes captured the interest of attendees, particularly children. Over 200 children, youth, and adults completed the summer 2026 courses and workshops offered by the Municipal Institute for the Promotion of Culture, Arts, and Citizen Participation (IMFOCULTA) at the Cultural Center of Nogales and the Factory of Arts and Trades.

The closing event featured dance performances and showcased the participants' work. Attendees engaged in various activities, including music, theater, dance, visual arts, beekeeping, carpentry, alebrije crafting, and sewing. IMFOCULTA also invited the community to join the regular courses and workshops starting on August 24, 2026.
