31-year-old entrepreneur Muhammed Sarıkaya from Bolu has been dedicated to beekeeping for 15 years, a hobby he began at 16 alongside his father. He continues his activities in Tepebaşı village, Göynük district, and travels daily to his hives located 110 kilometers from Bolu city center as honey harvesting begins.

Sarıkaya manages a total of 150 hives and is currently focused on delivering natural honey from the field to the table. He shared that the prices for his natural honey vary based on quality: honeycomb honey is priced at 1,350 lira per kilogram, filtered honey at 1,250 lira, and raw honey at 2,000 lira.
