San Juan beekeepers attended the 4th Federal Beekeeping Meeting in Tucumán, organized by the Federal Investment Council (CFI) and the Tucumán government. The event, held under the theme “Youth Innovating for Sustainable Beekeeping,” took place on August 24, 2026, and brought together producers, young beekeepers, technicians, and representatives from various provinces.

The San Juan delegation included members from the Beekeeping Area and three young beekeepers who engaged in activities tailored for emerging producers. Additionally, part of the delegation attended the National Beekeeping Council meeting, where the provincial beekeeping representative and the director of Agricultural Development, Leonardo Storniolo, exchanged ideas with counterparts from other provinces.
