Fadime Kuş, a 62-year-old entrepreneur from Tekirdağ, has expanded her beekeeping operation from a single hive to 450 hives over nearly 30 years. After working in the garment industry in Istanbul, she settled in Naip Mahallesi and began farming with her husband. Their beekeeping journey started in 1996 when they captured a wild swarm while working in the fields. Initially, she increased her hives to 6-7 in the first year and has since grown her operation significantly.
