In Balıkesir, efforts are underway to enhance beekeeping, a vital agricultural sector, and ensure sustainable registered production. Control teams from the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry are visiting apiary sites across the province to conduct on-site inspections. These activities involve identifying hives and performing necessary checks meticulously.

The teams are inspecting numerous beehives while visiting areas where beekeepers operate. These field inspections not only monitor current beekeeping activities but also support producers in achieving sustainable practices. The Balıkesir Provincial Directorate emphasized that these inspections aim to contribute to the development of beekeeping in the region, beyond mere oversight.
