Rahmi Aydınlık, a beekeeper from Eskişehir, shared insights on various aspects of beekeeping, including hive maintenance, honey harvesting, seasonal yields, and the characteristics of natural honey. He emphasized the importance of ongoing hive care throughout the year, noting that different tasks are required monthly, seasonally, and even weekly.

Aydınlık explained that hive maintenance is a continuous process influenced by the local environment. He stated, "Hive care undergoes a long process. Treatments begin in January and February, and syrup feeding starts in February for low-lying areas." He mentioned that they manage their bees in a temperate area like Sarıcakaya, where they perform necessary treatments and monitor colony strength regularly.
