Guide to Acquiring Honeycomb in Minecraft

In Survival mode, honeycomb is harvested by using Shears on a full Bee Nest or Beehive, which is indicated by visible honey dripping, marking it at honey level 5. Natural Bee Nests can be found in plains and forest biomes. Before searching, craft Shears from two Iron Ingots, as this is necessary for collecting honeycomb. To ensure safety, light a Campfire beneath the nest or hive to calm the bees while you harvest.
