Veterinary Care for Bees

AI technologies are increasingly relevant today, prompting discussions about their potential in various fields, including beekeeping. While I believe experienced beekeepers remain irreplaceable, tools that simplify beekeeping are beneficial. This season, my students and I participated in the Apisense Global Field Research Program, which aims to enhance understanding of honey bee colony health in real-world settings. Apisense collaborates with beekeepers and researchers globally to explore how colonies communicate through biological signals, aiding in early disease detection and improved colony management.
