Producing honey from 150 hives, İşçi employs advanced production techniques that enhance the color, flavor, and aroma diversity of his honey sourced from various flora. By relocating his hives to different plant areas, he boosts the proline content and total antioxidant activity (TA) levels in his honey. This method not only improves quality but also allows İşçi to validate his products' excellence through laboratory analyses.
