After taking control of the CHP, the invading hornets, led by Kayyım Bay Kemal, quickly targeted the party's honey bees, leading to significant losses. These hornets attack honey bees to meet their nutritional and protein needs for feeding their larvae. By invading the CHP, they aimed to access honey or directly hunt the bees, and despite their smaller numbers, their judicial backing allowed them to eliminate hundreds of bees swiftly to reach the honey-filled combs.
