The 2027 Beekeeping Olympics will take place in Turkey, specifically in Düzce, during the 15th International Young Beekeepers Meeting (IMYB). This event will host young beekeepers aged 12-18 from around 50 countries, with teams of five representing each nation. The announcement was made on September 5, 2026.

IMYB has been connecting young beekeepers on an international platform since 2010, with the upcoming meeting following the 2026 event in Belfast. Preparations for the 2027 gathering have involved collaboration between Düzce University’s Beekeeping Research, Development, and Application Center (DAGEM), the International Young Beekeepers Center (ICYB), public institutions, and industry representatives.
