Enrique Rubio, the Cultural Deputy, and author Pedro José Alcázar Velamazán recently introduced the book 'Aproximación a la apicultura tradicional del sureste de la provincia de Soria'. This event highlighted the ethnographic heritage of traditional beekeeping and emphasized its importance for environmental conservation and rural population retention in Soria. The presentation evoked nostalgia, as Rubio shared how the book transported him back to his childhood, expressing his fondness for starting his day with honey. He also reflected on the fragility of our existence, recalling how previous generations maintained beehives with deep respect for nature.
