The Municipal School of Vocational Training 2 “Jorge Newbery” showcased its applied training experience at the XVII Latin American Beekeeping Congress held in Mar del Plata. This participation adds to local professional training initiatives related to the workforce. The school was represented by director Silvia Urresti and teacher Federico Defeudis, who discussed inter-institutional collaboration, challenges, and experiences in technoscientific training for beekeeping production. Notably, this was the first time an educational institution was invited to speak alongside producers at the congress.
