Eight beekeeping researchers from Panama and Peru are visiting Galicia for two weeks, starting tomorrow and concluding on Friday, September 25. Their first stop will be in Fonteboa, Coristanco, where they will explore technological innovation, bee genetics, and the integration of beekeeping into Galicia's local realities. During the second week, they will focus on honey quality, sensory analysis, and the socioeconomic sustainability of beekeeping, collaborating with the University of Santiago.
