Beekeepers in Batman have reported a highly productive honey season for 2026

Beekeepers in Batman have reported a highly productive honey season for 2026. Favorable rainfall and abundant flowering have significantly enhanced both the quality and quantity of honey production.

Naif Seyidoğlu, a board member of the Batman Beekeepers Association, noted the season's prosperity. He mentioned that migratory beekeeping practices involve relocating hives to follow blooming flowers, resulting in honey yields increasing by at least 1.5 times compared to last year, with some areas seeing increases of 2-3 times.
