Beekeeper responds to driver crushing bees in Scott’s Addition.

RICHMOND, Va. — A recent incident in Scott’s Addition involving a bucket of honey bees has escalated after cellphone footage surfaced showing a driver repeatedly running over the bees on the sidewalk. The bees were first spotted earlier this month at the intersection of West Moore Street and Mactavish Avenue, where the bucket, surrounded by bees, appeared to contain honey. The reason for their presence on the sidewalk remains unclear.
