A bee swarm at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler on September 14 resulted in ten individuals receiving treatment, according to police and Intel representatives. Three were hospitalized in stable condition, while seven were treated on-site, reported Chandler Fire Assistant Chief Scott Chapman. Emergency crews responded after multiple reports of injuries, and Intel spokesperson Nancy Sanchez confirmed that the swarm was traced back to an active hive in a storage unit. The area was closed for ongoing monitoring and mitigation efforts.
