Beekeepers in Manavgat, Antalya, are transporting 240 hives to the high-altitude pastures of Konya, reaching 2200 meters, to produce entirely natural honey as spring arrives. Thanks to a mobile beekeeping truck designed by businessman Hüseyin Tepe, the bees have been gathering nectar and pollen from wildflowers for about three months without any supplemental feeding. The beekeepers anticipate a honey harvest of approximately 5 to 5.5 tons this season.
